RoonMatrix Part 6: Inserting the rubber strip and gasket

Due to the high number of LED modules, the structure becomes quite long, and a little shaky due to the length. It will probably not be completely in a straight line overall.
In order to force the modules into the correct position and to give them better hold, a rubber strip is inserted on the upper and lower edge of the U-profile.
Since it is a bit tricky, narrow and tight here, it is sometimes advisable to cut the rubber strips into several shorter parts, and then press it separately.
You have to act carefully here and do not exert too much pressure so that the soldering connections do not break between the modules.
Some sensitivity is required here.

In preparation for the use of the acrylic glass coverage, a narrow fabric tape is glued on the edge of the U-profile at the top and bottom.
This later holds the pane in position and prevents the narrow but long acrylic glass pane from bulging out.
