Before the acrylic glass pane can be installed on the U-profile, the cover box must still be created and placed on the button board.
Due to the cover box, the somewhat bright buttonboard should later no longer be visible from the outside through the tinted black acrylic glass cover.
The cover box is cut from a black clay box in size 88x37mm. After that, the holes for the five buttons and the acrylic glass mounting holes must be drilled.
You can do this very well with suitable metal drills, but without a drilling machine manually by hand so that the holes do not accidentally tear out.
The edges quickly fray so that you should free the edges from the fringes with a sharp paper scissors or a cutter knife.

If the holes fit perfectly, the cover box should be placed on the button board.
If not, it has to be reworked again. The cover plate should not make waves.
