Startrack audio card: the software

Because I didn't want to rely solely on the software support from other providers, I had developed my own audio cutting and processing software at the time.

Version 1.0

This version still had windows of a fixed size.

Version 2.0

Version 2.0 then had a better interface with windows of variable size.

Startrack software on a Mac

The software cleanly separates hardware and software by a Falcon-compatible but extended XBIOS device driver.
This means that some basic functions can even be executed on Atari ST-compatible operating systems that use completely different hardware.

In the following example, the Startrack AudioSuite software also runs on a Mac PowerBook 520c (Motorola 68040 CPU) with MagicMac (Atari emulator).
